WHAT’S ANVISA?

The National Agency for Sanitary Surveillance (ANVISA) has the sanitary control of production and marketing products on the federal level in Brazil. This Authorization is called AFE.

ANVISA has the same function in Brazil that the FDA has in the USA.

The company may only market the product after publication of company authorization – AFE.
